    Having been a patient here for a while and not having an appointment due to our dentist been unavailable is on "holiday " long term we've had several appointments cancelled I've now got toothache. I have riung for days on end at time stated to ask to be seen and was reassured in an emergency that we would be , however this has not happened and so much for prioritising those patients of this missing dentist ! Appointments obviously have had to be cancelled because of this but to leave people in pain because they are sat in your telephone queue you then say all appointments have gone . You can't get help anywhere else either as your still technical registered to the practice . Excellent service and patient heath compromised

    Having needed 5 cavities to be filled, I expected to have a few appointments for my dentist to do the work. However it was all done in one go, and without pain. I am very impressed. The staff were friendly, supportive and explained clearly what was being done. Thank you My Dentist, in Bridlington.

    I lost a filling and needed a quick solution prior to a long holiday in 2 days time. My dentist was unavailable so another at the practice sorted me out. I got an emergency appointment and whilst the tooth required a crown so couldn’t be done quickly. I got a temporary fix until I could get back again in 4 weeks. I even brought forward an appointment upon my return to get things moving. Very happy with a quick pain free service. Would certainly recommend this practice

    I had root canal and an extraction. Prompt, efficient, kind, sensitive treatment. I have a fear of dentists, but the service was exemplary, all possibilities explained carefully and gently. I was able to calm down because of the professional, expert and caring treatment I received from the dentist, their assistant and the reception staff. I cannot recommend this dental practice more highly.

    Our NHS dentist has cancelled every appointment we've had in the last two years. We contacted mydentist as private patients, we were seen within two weeks and had a very thorough initial consultation, luckily neither of us needed any additional work and we have our next appointments in the diary in 9 months time.

    My appointments are made before I leave the practice after treatment and they always meet my needs. The service is first class both at Reception and by the Dentist and Assistants. They are always welcoming and to receive “Happy Birthday “ greeting on my last visit was special. The treatment required is explained clearly and completed painlessly and professionally.

    I visited MyDentist for a check up and I was very impressed. The colleagues on reception were friendly and efficient and the dentist I saw was really lovely. I have an irrational fear of visiting any dentist but she was really kind and reassuring as well as being very thorough and efficient at the same time.
