Having had the same dentist for approximately 5 years ,I was dismayed to hear that he moved on.I need not have worried as I have been treated by 2 other dentists from the same practice since.Very professional and gentle.Seems to be a running theme here.This is the place to come to if you are nervous around Dentists.

Apart from a lack of parking which they can’t avoid, this is a very good dental surgery. They have several downstairs treatment rooms which is great if you’re disabled, like me! I’ve been using them for 15 years and I’ve always been delighted with my treatment from all the staff!

A very friendly and helpful surgery, very happy with the treatment I received , was greeted very nicely by the receptionist and she also took the time to share friendly banter with me, which is not something I've experienced at other practices,,,

I have dental phobia due to some terrible experiences at the dentist as a child that were the stuff of nightmares. I have all my treatment under sedation. I find check ups very stressful indeed (I often cry), but I know that the alternative of not having my teeth looked after is worse. Everyone at Pine Road is so kind - from the receptionists to the sedation team. This means such a lot to me, and makes something that for me, is an ordeal, much easier to deal with.

Not only did I get an appointment next day and good treatment, the receptionist realised I had a big birthday the following day and wished me a happy day. I gather more dentists are being recruited and due to start in a couple of months which will make more appointments available which is good progress for the practice.

I have a dreadful fear of the dentist. I had to have a tooth extracted and asked for sedation. I actually can't rememeber much about the appointment, which is good, but throughout the whole process, even all my checkups, the staff have been nothing but exceptional. They have been apologetic when having to cancel and have been lovely when I've emailed silly questions. Very clean practise and exceptionally kind and efficient staff.
