I had an appointment and on entry in reception was approached without a greeting but rudeness just requesting my name and date of birth. However the dentist and nurse were very friendly and done a fantastic job in providing in all my dental care needs. I am not a current NHS patient with the practice and paid full private rates for my treatment. Unfortunately on my departure and settling of my account the receptionist disputed the amount as agreed by with the dentist. She and her colleague shouted and became aggressive towards me and in front of other patients waiting in the waiting area witnessing the dispute. Luckily the nurse and dentist intervened and informed the receptionist that the amount she demanding incorrect, Without any apology or explanation the card machine was thrust at me and I needed to complete the transaction myself. I would expect much better treatment and respect from anyone, least of all the lead receptionist. I felt treated like dirt.

I had a check up and confirmed teeth ok so went to pay at reception and it was £5 but twice the receptionist asked if that was all I had done.Yes thats right so wanted another appointment in 6 months and was told the team was busy so call at another time. They only need folk who are the spenders I guess. Maybe me!

For someone who hasn't been to the dentist for a while and needed treatment I can't praise the staff enough they are really caring lovely people. Dr Kunal is amazing professional and highly skilled. I feel so confident after my treatment. Thank you so much Dr Kunal.

Our original appointment for a filling (four months after the checkup appointment) was cancelled. They never called back to re arrange as they said they would. They never answer the phone and we have not been able to get an appointent we paid for- or a refund.

I’ve been coming to this practice for several years and I have great confidence in them. My particular dentist has always treated me with respect and gentle care, I never attend feeling anxious.

I feel lucky to have such a good dentist on the NHS. I have been with them several years now. Receptionists are great and my dentist is first class. I have experienced much better diagnostics and treatment here than with private dentists but even if he wasn't NHS I would still go to him privately.I have had I have a real fear of dentists but I'm not scared going to him at all. Five stars from me.
