Decided to change practice and go private Without notifying patience . Turned up to appointment to be told it’s been cancelled and they’ve gone private. Staff didn’t really seem to care and we’re just like head office has notified people . Spoke to several friends who had the same experience. Now need to go private but definitely won’t be going with them treating patience so poorly

Prompt timewise. Very thorough in what is done to you Friendly. Would recommend this practice to anyone
