    This was the only dentist in the whole area to answer the phone and offer appointments. I am very pleased they did. I had lost a filling and it is back in and sorted.

    I've had a couple of problematical teeth over recent months and my dentist in Wimborne has been excellent helping me. The receptionists always happy and positive, my dentist is very good and I'm always really happy with what he does for me. I'm glad to say now that the issues I had with my two teeth a solved thanks to them

    I was a very nervous patient. I had not been to a dentist in 15 years due to my fear and a very bad experience when I was a very young girl. Having found “My Dentist”, in May 2021, my fear is subsiding due to the very compassionate check ups and treatments I have received. After only a couple of visits, I have built up trust and confidence with my dentist and I’m not fearful of my visits anymore! Thank you “My Dentist”

    Had to have an extraction for the first time in over 50 years. Everyone was friendly, helpful and reassuring even though I was ridiculously nervous. Wish I hadn't worried for so long and so much. Please don't be anxious if you need treatment - you will be well looked after.

    I have always felt put at ease about any work I’ve needed done. I am treated respectfully by the receptionists as well as the dentist and the nurse . I am always asked if I am comfortable throughout the work being done .there is always pleasant conversations between myself the dentist and the nurse and I always feel reassured.

    They where swift and quickly dealt with my throat cancer in 2018 but Poole hospital was to slow in the follow ups although I think you should have scrap and polish they make you pay for hygienist but when you are on pension you cannot afford their prices so that should come withNHS

    All the team are friendly, curtious and professional. I have had no issues with any if my treatments be it with the dentist or hygienist. And I like the consistency of seeing the same dentist. The dentist and hygienist always inform me what they are going to do before they start and update me afterwards so I know what treatment if any I will be needing. The waiting room and consulting rooms are light and airy and always clean and tidy. I actually love going there!

    I had been a NHS patient with this practice for a number of years - probably 8 or 9. They were very good. My check ups were every 9 months as suggested by the dentist I saw. I rarely saw the same dentist, but that was fine. My last check was due as we went into the pandemic so it was cancelled as no face to face consultations were happening anywhere as far as I’m aware. I would get the odd text telling me there was still no face to face appointments and only to contact them if I had an emergency. The last one I got was in Dec 2021. At the start of 2022 I contacted them again and got the same response. In May 2022 I contacted again and was told my dentist was no longer treat NHS patients and I would have to pay. I have tried to clarify the situation and get something in writing but have had nothing. The receptionists are lovely when I call. During my last call I was told I’d been taken off their list as I had not visited the dentist for more than 3 years. They said that it was not there fault that I could not visit during the pandemic!!!! I guess I just want to point out to other people that this practice is a not very kind and seem very quick to try to get you off their list - even when I don’t feel like I’ve done anything to warrant this. Although they are correct I did not have an appointment during the pandemic. But unless I’m wrong as advised by them they didn’t have any face to face appoints. Maybe choose another dentist if you want to be treated fairly
