Why is the NHS promoting dentist like this one. I called on the 21st March 2024 to register, but was informed they do not accept NHS patients.. when I told them I found their details on the NHS website and suggest I call the NHS to have them removed.. Only then did they offer me a check up appointment on 16th May. This is an abuse of the NHS website and completely unacceptable

Our website does state 'accepting new patients', and I can confirm that we are accepting NHS patients at the practice. However, new patient appointments are offered subject to capacity and are limited in number. Regrettably we cannot offer an NHS space to everyone who contacts us each day requiring care. We, my wife and I, were greeted by a smiling , friendly receptionist who directed to the waiting area. Both our appointments were exactly on time and we were seen by a smiling, friendly and very competent dentist and his assistant. Our next appointment was arranged to to meet our needs. We will certainly be recommending the practice to our friends.

A good local dental care service for Staverton village, and it's surrounding market towns. I have been a patient with them since (living in Staverton) Nov 2008. Check-ups and treatment is always really good, has always been straightforward. Good-quality treatment and care. Time-management of all staff is good. My dentist and nurse are always kind, polite, caring, informative. Helpful advice is given too. A very good hygienically, proficiently working dental service. Reception staff are also proficient. They have always been, and still are always helpful, kind, and caring towards all their patients.. I am also looking forward to a (future) better-car-parking option/facility (essential amenities/shops) for all us Staverton village residents, as well as for our visiting residents from all our other neighbouring towns. Five stars, out of five. Thankyou.

My dentist and all the staff there that I have spoken to are so helpful, kind, and very caring. I would highly recommend this practice. They are very good with my wife who is very nervous and anxious about dentists.
