An emergency appointment for an abscess and seen promptly. First stage of root canal performed,no pain , friendly and efficient dentist and assistant.

Always my wife and I receive great treatment in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere on arrival reception is bright and cheerful, and this continues right through to treatment 10/10

I have been a patient at the practice for a number of years and not had to have much treatment other than check-ups the service I received was always excellent. Just recently I have had quite a few visits which has resulted in a very difficult tooth extraction, I was very nervous about this but was made to feel at ease and very confident in all the care and skilful treatment I received. I did unfortunately develop a problem (dry socket) but once again I received immediate professional treatment and felt very relaxed and supported in sorting this out. This is a very friendly and professional practice and I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you everyone from the reception staff to the nurses and ultimately my dentist.

The receptionist was very sympathetic to the fact I was in pain and my request for an urgent appointment and though she could not fit me in immediately took my number and promised to ring if an emergency appointment became available. She also advised me to contact 111 if I needed further assistance. I was contacted a short while later and asked to return to see the dentist this was not my usual dentist but I felt very relaxed immediately by the speedy and professional way my problem was recognised and dealt with. I was then reassured I would be contacted in the very near future to have further treatment. All together a very understanding and professional team. Thank you

Was referred to mydentist, Hessle Road, for an extraction. I called the practice and spoke with the reception staff to make the appointment and received a call back from another member of staff to arrange for Tuesday 14th February, with a dental surgeon. I attended for the extraction and the dental surgeon gave explanations and options for my extraction was explained every step of the way. I do have an arthritic neck and was told to just raise a hand if I needed a break! After, the extraction was completed, a pamphlet was given detailing advice on aftercare regarding stitches, mouthwashes and eating and all in the pamphlet was explained clearly by the dental surgeon. The team was excellent! Thank you very much!

I had to have a filling which had come out replaced. The dentist was very professional explaining what he was going to do. He was very patient while doing it taking his time to make sure it was perfect before I left his surgery. I have been attending this practice for years & I have already recommended them to friends who also now go there!

Friendly polite staff, appointment on time. An explanation was given of what dental work was going to be carried out at the appointment. Really please that this practice are using white filings as standard, no more horrible metal filings!!
