A visit today to see the very kind and gentle dentist in surgery 3. His manner makes me relax and calm. Other dentists are available there and my family speak highly of them too.

I had my first dental appointment with 'My Dentist' today and the whole experience was second to none. The dentist was friendly, reassuring and professional. I had the chance to really talk about my teeth- past, present and future, and the 3d images created on the screen were incredibly informative and explained thoroughly. Thank you for making me feel at ease. I can't imagine finding a better denist.

I have been with this practice for about 6 years and have always been extremely pleased, however, I went for my check up yesterday and was extremely disappointed in the care I received. The Dentist checked my teeth and cleaned/descaled some of my teeth, obviously after this I had bits of scale and water in my mouth, the spittle was covered with plastic so couldn't be used and there was no water to rinse my mouth, I beckoned to the Nurse pointing to my mouth and she gave me some tissue, I managed to say water while trying not to dribble or swallow, she gave me water, I indicated I needed to spit the water out and she said 'in the cup, in the cup' I did as she said but this meant I could only rinse once, the bits and a little blood was now in the cup, after leaving the room i had the most awful coughing fit and just couldn't stop, i believe bits had got into my throat due to the spittle and water not being available, what on earth happened and why?

Was allocated this dentist as my dentist could not remove these two teeth, arrived as told and filled in paperwork-straight forward, i was in and out within of 15minuets dentist was quick-polite-explanation of what was going to happen. three injectionslater couple good tugs and they were out, offered to show me the teeth and two dental assistances were polite and efficent esplaining after care when get home.

I can only say the whole of my experience of this practice was positive. I was able to get an appointment as I needed my tooth extracted. The reception staff were friendly helpful and reassuring. When I saw the lovely lady dentist she realised how nervous I was ,so made sure I understood the procedure as we went along. I have had the best experience I have ever had and she advised me what to do in the days following. I will definitely recommend this practice,Ten stars to all.

Having a tooth extracted is never a pleasant thought as I have had some frightful experiences in the past however I cannot fault this practice for their fantastic service throughout. On arrival the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The team kindly welcomed me into the operating room, the dental surgeon was very informative and the anaesthetist was very delicate, found a vein the first time and the insertion was pain free (which is usually not the case from past experiences elsewhere). All were very friendly and their professionalism put me at ease. I was told I would be awake, but a little woozy, however I do not remember anything about the procedure, which is a great thing and I trust I was in very good hands throughout. My relative, who was my carer on the day, said the process was quick and the handover was very thorough. It has been 2 days now and I have had no pain from the surgery so would definitely recommend this practice to anybody nervous or apprehensive about visiting the dentist. A huge thank you to all involved.

Referred by my regular dentist for the removal of an "Eye" tooth. I was advised that due to there being only the root of the tooth left it would be a better option for me. The reception was friendly and helpful, the proceedure was carried out with each step being explained and I was asked if I was O>K> after each step. Very professional caring and friendly staff at all times, made me feel comfortable with the proceedure and little pain throughout. Many thanks to the whole team, only the third dentist I would recommend in my 82 years of life.

From a very nervous patient,I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had from this dentist practice.from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors /dentist. I had intravenous sedation and was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist.
