I started my treatment 3 month ago. I struggled to find a dentist so ended up going private with this practice. Naturally I was worried about paying the cost up front but the staff were really supportive and didn't pressure me to have the treatment all at once. They let me just spread the treatment to suit me and my finances. Today was my final part of the treatment and my mouth has never felt better. The dentist I've seen is incredible and really put me at ease as I'm a nervous patient. The reception staff are great too. Thanks to them my phobia of dentists is slowly going away and I'm actually looking forward to my 6 month check. I've recommended the practice to a number of friends and even encouraged my partner to go. I'd highly recommend anyone to go to this practice and let them do their magic. Thank you :)

Visits to this dentist are always good, whatever the treatment, as they are always helpful and I receive accurate information and clear advice.

Got new dentures made up really pleased with them nice smile I have great. 8 years I have been coming here and always comfortable with the dental work done

A very good experience using this dentist. Very nice reception staff. Excellent dentists and dental nurses. The building is very clean as well which makes a huge difference.

Having a tooth out is never nice but the staff at My Dentist made it go as smoothly as possible, didnt have to wait long to go in and the procedure was clearly explained to me by the dentist who then performed the extraction and a filling with no problems at all. Once the tooth was out my Dentist explained to me how to manage the pain and how to avoid any infections. Great effort from her to get the job done all the while keeping me very calm.

First class patient care, an excellent Dentist and Nurse who put me at ease and relieved the dental pain I was in. Your reception staff responded to my phone message and quickly identified my need for an unscheduled emergency appointment. I am so grateful for my treatment.

I have been a long time patient of the Heaton Rd Smile surgery, and have recently had another great experience with them. They are always wonderful. I used to have a fear of dentists but not any more. I approached them a few weeks ago, and after a short consultation where they discussed my options we decided to try some dentures. After a couple of fittings I got them earlier this week and I'm already feeling the benefit. As usual the whole experience was thoroughly professional, the work was of the highest standard and as always everyone at the practice was lovely. They could not be any friendlier! They were recommended to me by a friend many years ago and I have recommended them many times since.

I went for a check up and the staff were so helpful, answering all my questions. I can not fault the care I was given and excellent service that they provided.. Well done.
