I was treated so well my teeth were sorted the girls at the desk were very kind and considerate also the dental surgeon was superb

The team at the dentist are excellent with a very friendly atmosphere. They make a trip to the dentist stress free.

Rang up with pain, was seen very quickly and options fully discussed. Dentist explained everything in detail, very clearly, he was also very friendly and helpful and put me at ease. My issue has been resolved in the best way for me. The practice itself is bright and clean and the staff are all superfriendly and helpful. They treat all patients in a professional friendly manner whether they are NHS patients or private. I'm fortunate enough to be a, very grateful, NHS patient.

First class dental practice with friendly and helpful staff. I am very happy with all of my dental treatment including a dental implant that they fitted which is excellent. Thank you !

I have never had service like I have had from this dentist. Their receptionist is possibly the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I had a private appointment for an emergency extraction 12 months ago and was charged £55. I called this week in an emergency to arrange for my final wisdom tooth to be extracted due to the pain I was feeling and was told by the same receptionist that I had to pay a deposit, which was fine I have always done so. I asked what the service would cost and she said she would get back to me, I requested a call back urgently in order to pay my deposit. I never received a callback, only texts asking me to pay the deposit. The day before my appointment was due I received a further text stating that my appointment has been cancelled. I then called and spoke to the same receptionist again where I was met with disdain as I had not paid the deposit. I reiterated that I needed to know the cost of the extraction. She said she would call me back in 10 minutes. She called back and advised the extraction would cost £155, an increase of £100 on my previous extraction and £70 more than the £85 that is on the website. Absolutely disgraceful service, how they can charge what they want per customer and hold them to ransom for a deposit. The receptionist was extremely rude when I challenged on her why there was an increase of £100 and she kept repeating that is the price for a private emergency appointment. I expressed my disappointment at this service and the receptionist proceeded to laugh at me down the phone. On general principle I would rather suffer in pain than resort to using this practice. I would not recommend My Dentist, Greenside, Ingleby Barwick to my worst enemy.

I’ve been a patient of this dentist for a few years now. They have always sorted my teeth out reasonably quickly from a filling done on the same day, to having a tooth taken out with a one month wait. The staff are all friendly and the wait times are fair. Safety seems top notch and cleanliness is 100%. Only issue I have about recommending them is I want less people to go so I can get quicker appointments. They are the best dentist I’ve been too, and honestly can’t fault them.

Everyone at the practice are friendly and professional. More than happy with advice and treatment . As a very nervous patient, I am always extremely anxious before visiting. However, once there I have confidence and trust that I will get looked after in a caring and professional way.
