    I have been an nhs patient since the last owner and went to my check up today after booking months ago and received my confirmation text, to be told my dentist no longer takes nhs patients. A phone call or at least an apology for letting me turn up to my appointment would of been appreciated

    Dear Patient, I am sorry to hear that on arriving at the practice the dentist was unable to see you. I understand that the appointment had been incorrectly booked, a mistake, for which we sincerely apologise. I have been informed that the reception team explained the situation to about the coming changes at the practice, however, I believe that you left the practice before the options available to you to access future dental care could be discussed. Should you wish to look into how to schedule another dental appointment at the practice, please contact the reception team and they will be happy to help.
