The practice is in a convenient location. Staff are respectful and friendly. The dentist tells you what he doing and why. Treatment is efficient with advice about any ongoing treatment. Always feel safe when I visit.

The practice is very efficient and the administrative staff very helpful with regards to setting appointments. Also they are very good with reminder texts etc. My dentist mr furness is excellent in every way and also his nurse assistants are very good with a friendly disposition. On arrival for an appointments I have never had to wait long.

Extremely efficient system for keeping in touch and reminders of check ups. No excuse for forgetting to go to the dentist.

As a long-term client at the practice the standards remain really high and very professional. All of the staff were friendly and chatty and they make you feel relaxed and at ease during your treatments.

I always work myself up when attending the dentist but I needn't have worried on this occasion. I had 2 fillings and a clean and polish and hardly felt a thing. Very professional 👏

My experience was the best from making my booking through to the treatment I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Practice. My individual Dentist informed me fully throughout the treatment about what was happening. Definitely made me feel at ease throughout.

The normally excellent service was interrupted by Covid and the retire.ent of my long term dentist. We all struggled with Covid. The transition to a new dentist was not communicated and is still clumsy. Operating systems are confusing. Grateful that I still have a service. Hopefully it will settle down.
