Dentist was very pleasant in a professional way. Made you at ease and explain well what he is going to do and explained what I need to do if I have a problem while having treatment. Does all he can for my teeth. Explains to make contact if any further problems come about.

Very nervous, made to feel comfortable and put at ease, talked to me about the procedure and told me what she was doing at every step, a really kind and caring professional dentist, very happy with my treatment and less apprehensive for future visits, can't thank her enough for her reassuring manner and gentle approach, thanks.

Having first had examination , I attended Consett dentist for a couple of reconstructions of previously filled teeth. No one likes to attend the dentist and I think a lot of our fears come from experiences when we were children. I have seen the particular dentist on a number of occasions over the years and have found her to be friendly and informative. She is very gentle and although I still do not love dental treatment, I do not fear it. The surgery itself, is bright and comfortable and in no way intimidating. Before meeting with the dentist I met with the reception staff. Often these receive very negative comments. However I have always found the staff to be confident and polite. The only issue is a very small reception area often inundated with patients trying to discuss their treatment and issues. Not really conducive to confidentiality. A minor point in my opinion. The sitting area is well furnished with ample chairs. The t. V is in constant operation, usually advertising dental services, on a loop. Not always to everyone’s taste. Appointments are sometimes delayed due to the previous appointment but I do not think this is avoidable . All in all kore than satisfied. Thank you.

Had an emergency phoned on the morning was able to see a dentist on the afternoon couldn’t fault the service tooth sorted that day

I've always been lucky to have a nice dentist who genuinely cares about your teeth. I've had a problem these last few weeks on one tooth, which has been very painful. But my dentist has managed to save it and will keep a check on it in the next 6 months.

Since a childhood experience I do not like going to the dentist’s surgery but this Dentist is gentle & skilled, the surgery communicates well, is clean & calm, and staff are helpful. Thank you

Recently attended for a check up, couple of issue’s were identified. A further appointment was booked in within 2 weeks. The treatment was excellent. Staff here are always polite, professional, courteous and helpful. All treatment including referral was fully explained to me.
