  1. Review titled Worst service

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have been a patient at this practice for many years and have watched it gradually go down hill. I have had so many different dentists. The last one farmed me out to another dentist as he was no longer seeing NHS patients I am half way through a procedure the NHS dentist has left and I have been left high and dry. I was told to call back first thing in the morning to get an appointment I was then told I couldn't have one because I wasn't in pain. It's disgusting all they want is to get rid of their NHS patients and go private. I said I would pay to be told I had to pay up front and I would have to pay for the first examination as they didn't know what was wrong with me. Try reading my notes I am half way through a procedure that didn't work twice with your dentist. This is a shocking way to treat patients.

  2. Review titled Fabulous

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I rang up on the off chance and asked for a one off NHS dental treatment as I was in agony. They obliged which was very good of them. I was seen by a very nice young man who explained the problem and sorted it out the best he could, but explained it was only a temporary measure and that the tooth would probably need removing or other dental work. So I'm now in agony again so will need the tooth removing. I'm. Absolutely petrified, but cannot stand the pain any longer. I'm hoping that the surgery will squeeze me in ASAP. Cannot fault the staff they are friendly professional and helpful.

  3. Review titled Fantastic Treatment

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have just completed a course of treatment at this Dental practice over a period of 17 weeks to straighten my teeth , I am absolutely delighted with the outcome . The care and treatment I received from the dentist who carried out this treatment was outstanding ! It went above and beyond my expectations . Everything was explained from start to finish to ensure the best outcome for this type of treatment. The whole experience was stress free because of this. All the staff that I met from this dental practice, from the dentist himself, the dental nurses and reception staff were always very friendly, helpful and always accommodating as far as possible, as well as professional!! I would highly recommend this dental practice . Thank you again .
