last 2 and half years i be chasing my dentist from doncaster road to book an apointment , they book apointment , when time closer to apoitnment they cancell it , 4 apointments been cancelled , by them im also due another one very soon thats been canclled , , this needs to be looked into , excuses after excuse

Hi Nahim, We understand people’s frustrations who want routine NHS check-ups however we have limited availability due to NHS dentist vacancies. We have been working closely with the dentists at our practice and have been prioritising NHS patients who are in pain and in need of urgent treatment. Due to this our diaries are fully booked during our NHS hours, so we are unable to offer routine treatments such as examinations at this time. We are hoping this may change but until we work through the back log, we cannot confirm a time frame. Polite and friendly reception.. seen same day Wonderful dentist very calming explained everything as she treated my teeth. Excellent practise.
