    In theory these reviews are about specific experiences, but I can't write one of those. Mine is more about the failure to have an experience. My last appointment was now well over a year ago, because they've phoned to cancel my last three. Generally they phone a week in advance, meaning it's not an emergency cancellation - I'm guessing I get bumped so they can schedule more private work. When they do cancel you might think they try to fit you in again fairly quickly but, no, they reschedule for months away, as though you'd just actually had your checkup and were booking the next. My wife is now in need of an emergency appointment. She phoned yesterday on the stroke of 9am, and got their answering machine. Trying several more times she didn't manage to speak to a person, so left a message. They didn't bother getting back until 5pm, at which point they told her there were clearly no appointments now, and made that sound like her fault. They suggested the fact that nobody had got back was because her message was incomprehensible - despite the fact they'd clearly managed to understand her and get back - just many hours late. Today she phoned slightly after 9am, and was told all the appointments had gone; that she should have left a message at exactly 9. Yesterday's experience suggests that wouldn't have worked out. Everyone loves finding a dentist who does NHS work, but this practice are quietly avoiding actually seeing their NHS patients.

    Dear Patient I am sorry that you are unhappy with the service at our practice. There are usually only a small number of emergency appointments allocated per day and they can be taken very quickly. We would encourage patients to contact us as soon as possible if they are in pain, so triage can occur, as appointments are also allocated on a priority basis.     Always professional and willing to speak about concerns. The practice is always clean and welcoming. Reception staff are welcoming.

    My regular dentist checks and hygienist treatments are excellent. Their advice and support, I am sure has helped to prevent any major problems.

    The online survey form before your appointment cuts down your time in the dentist surgery,and from the time your appointment is is very smoothly continued from reception to the dentist , I really can’t fault this surgery.

    We have been using the practice for many years, through good and not so good times. We have always found the practice to be professional and patient orientated. Obviously over the last two years the situation has been difficult,but even through this period we received effective communications and treatment. Our recent visits to the practice have not disappointed. We have a regular checkups, with caring staff. Thank you .

    Nothing was too much trouble. Had a check up and needed treatment. I was asked if I could pop back at the end of the day. Treatment provided with all staff helpful and polite.
