    - Recently had a filling replaced as my very old one had fallen out upper rear tooth). Dentist refilled it. - Two weeks later part of the tooth fractured and was refilled with self bonding compound and left jagged and no smoothing out (5 minute job). - It lasted 3 days then fell off again. - went to a private dentist who refilled it with self bonding material and smoothed it out but explained that this was only a temporary measure but that might might last a long while, but if not she could give me several options to refill the whole filling or refill the self bonding with a stronger material. - Please Note. This is not the first time that dental work carried out by this MyDentist practitioner has had to be redone several times.

    Called regarding my tooth which the dentist had seen already and provided me pain relief for roughly 6 weeks ago. I am petrified of the dentist and my tooth began hurting again. I rang and the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. She told me to take paracetamol and that the dentist won't give me pain relief until I have it removed, and until that time, to take paracetamol which I told her doesn't help while crying in pain. No sympathy and have a victim blaming attitude. She could have at least pass this onto the dentist and let them decide as they are qualified.

    Always received excellent service from the busy reception team, polite & efficient yet personal & friendly. Also always been happy with the dental service received, professional & respectful.

    I experienced dficulties when I broke my dentures but they got me out of trouble in no time at all and got the problems fixes for me at very little cost. No private dentist could have bettered that service which they did for me on the MRS.
