I booked an appointment with the hygenist over the telephone for 17th May 2023 @4.20 - I arrived early - to be told that they had no record of the booking. There and then I booked another appointment for 3.30 14th July 2023 for which I was required to pay £20 deposit. Today I arrived early, showed the booking note to the receptionist, was booked in and told to take a seat. I waited 30 minutes. Enquired of reception, to be asked if I was Mr zzz. I said 'no', showed the booking confirmation again, to be told I was shown as a 'no show'. I was given my deposit back and left. I could not book a third appointment at that time as the future weeks have a complicated schedule for me. Awful repeat bad experience.

I had to replace some dentures, the care and consideration shown by everyone at the practice was 1st class. The whole process went smoothly even though I needed several appointments to complete the treatment. A text message reminder system was a really good touch as I am a bit forgetful. Thank you everyone for your kind attention

This is such a good practice overall. High standards from ease of parking through Reception to the Dentist and the nursing staff. You can feel the ethos all through. Thank you everyone.

Very well run practice. Clean,modern.The dentist I see is excellent, have always had great treatment. Staff are friendly and polite. No negatives.

Yes the wait to see a dentist is a couple of months but they are super accommodating to emergencies and the dentists and assistance who work there are patient kind and caring and go above and beyhond to help and make you feel relaxed in their care

Have attended this dental service for many years. All staff are very friendly and any treatment is carried out effectively. Always receive text message to remind me of any appointments and any other information they feel is relevant. Would certainly recommend My Dentist Fordingbridge.

I was in agony all weekend with what turned out to be an exposed nerve in a broken root. Reception managed to fit me in on Monday morning with my usual dentist who was able to diagnose the problem immediately and although extraction was the only option, she made the whole experience as gentle and painless as possible.
