  1. Review titled Unable to contact by phone

Rated 2 stars out of 5

After receiving a letter saying my dentist was no longer giving NHS treatment I tried to ring. I was originally no. 8 in the queue. When I got to no. 1 after 15 minutes they cut me off. Following that I could only get an engaged tone.

  2. Review titled Clearly not willing to see NHS patients

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 15 May 2023

Took 2 years following start of Covid for them to even be willing to book routine NHS patients. Then finally managed to book appointments (with a 6+month wait for said appointments) and each time they then cancel the appointments within 4 weeks of them being booked. Seems they clearly have no intention of ever seeing routine NHS patients so if we can’t access private dentistry then my family are left with no access to dental care. Very frustrating. I’d be willing to wait the 6 months to be seen but we’re now looking at trying to book appointments that are more than a year beyond when we first had some booked in due to repeated cancellations…and those will probably be cancelled too.

I've cancelled with this dentist now ,it's like a horror show. I was in so much pain when In surgery I needed a urgent appointment. The Chap in front of me needed teeth whitening 100 pounds deposit and a choice of dates .I was told no appointments I complained and after reception confirmed with dentist I was given a white slot, that's private .what a shameful world

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I visited recently for the first time since pre-covid and had a lovely experience from start to finish. Especially impressed with the reception team, who were very understanding of my issues and so helpful explaining my options. Practice was a clean and professional environment also. Definitely recommend.

  7. Review titled Thankyou

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Jayne Ann - Posted on 11 December 2022

I rang at 8am due to a broken tooth which was causing extreme pain. Due to lack of check ups available post covid I was concerned about getting seen, however the receptionist couldn't of been more helpful and got me in for an emergency appointment that morning. As a person with a fear of the dentist I was really put at ease by the dentist and dental nurse who sorted me quickly and with as little discomfort as possible. Thankyou so much for your help.

  8. Review titled Impossible to speak to

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 08 November 2022

I called weeks ago. Long wait so I left a message to be called back. No one bothered. Called today. 15 minutes on hold. Then I got through. But no one answered. Heard reception chat for five minutes. Then the phone went dead. Worse than useless.

Rated 2 stars out of 5

The dentist has cancelled 2 previous appointments spanning 4 months for emergency dental work, leaving me upset and in pain. On the day I had my appointment to have a tooth removed and root canal sorted they were over an hour late.

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service provided to you by our practice and that your appointment was cancelled on a number of occasions. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Although we try to honour our appointments, current pandemic circumstances are meaning that there are occasions where we may regrettably have to cancel some appointments. In addition to this there could be various reasons why your appointment was delayed.
