I have always been to this dentist previously Vaughan Birch & Red Rose.Since becoming My Dentist the communication and service is poor. I expect my dentist to provide the service that we discussed at the previous appointment. Instead I am told my appointment is cancelled and what was scheduled, an extraction won't be happening. No-one bothered to ring or text to cancel. I'm then told that my cancelled appointment was for check up and fillings which I didn't need. I suspect that private patients are being given nhs appointments as the practice is constantly promoting private treatment.
