I have copd and suffer from anxiety and deapression, also have phobia of dentist so took a lot of courage to even get there, to be told he couldn’t do anything for me apart from take out all my teeth and give me dentures and told it was my fault for not going sooner and he didn’t have time just gave me prescription and turned back to his computer. Was very distraught and sent my anxiety sky high, surely he could have been less rude, we as customers are told to respect staff so why can’t they respect their customers

I called seeking an appointment ASAP due to a broken tooth, they got me in the same day and temporarily filled it until my removal appointment comes through. Very efficient

Just had root canal treatment, and I must commend the dentist and his assistant on the care, attention and the excellent treatment I received .
