I went for a course of cosmetic procedures after my initial check up. Staff at reception were really helpful and patient when trying to book in around work etc. They were friendly and helpful. My dentist explained the procedure and helped me through the aftercare. I felt at ease and wasn’t worried about visiting. I was wondering about a cosmetic procedure which would be an additional cost for myself and this was clearly explained to me and discussed so I felt informed and not pressured at all. Aftercare was also explained to me at my final visit. Dental nurses also really friendly during visits. Couldn’t fault my experience and think the staff are a credit to the surgery.
