Both dentist and nurse are very polite, work well together. Only had a filling replaced, environment is laid back

Dentist was a really friendly. Very helpful and explain all about my treatment thoroughly. Always feel very at ease during treatment with him.

Calm atmosphere whilst waiting. Dentist, dental nurse and training dental nurse all friendly not to clinical or over fussy - I’m a nervous patient.

Seen promptly for a regular check up. Dentist explained treatment options available as the oniy issue found was a very minor one. Always nervous when I go but all staff are friendly and put you at ease.

All the Staff , Receptionists, Nurses and Dentists are very professional, polite and helpful, and give easy to understand advice on dental treatments.

Reception staff efficiency No long wait Dentist and nurse were very. I am always frightened getting my teeth cleaned but the dentist was very gentle and it didnt hurt at all.

I have had my final dental appointment treatment today which started in August with an emergency appointment which was dealt with very unsatisfactory and unprofessional way and I raised a review in relation to this poor practice I then seen a new dentist in October who restored my faith in this dentist and I wrote a review on this visit he was great I have just had my teeth done and can only describe the experience today as excellent From the reception staff , the dental nurses and mostly the dentist who was brilliant He was reassuring , professional, kind , considerate and gave updates throughout and done the work in a timely manner Thank you and carry on treating patients like you have today as this is how we need to be treated not like you’re ‘an NHS patient who only pays at the NHS and not the private rate ‘. Thank you again
