1. Review titled Beware of the rude practice manager

   If you ask too many questions that the practice manager cannot cope with, she will inactivate you without warning or reasonable conversation. The woman had the audacity to hang up on me twice and I had to go into the practice in person to realise she had struck me off the NHS list because she did not like me. Tread carefully - if they do offer an NHS treatment, it will be on their unknown terms - hardly a 'service'
