   I called up during Covid lockdown originally, was told they were too busy and to call back in about 4 months. I have some special needs, and my teeth are crumbling, but none that would prevent them providing me a service. I finally had the guts to call them again for an appointment in 2022. I was told that I did not exist in the database. My teeth were in extreme pain and crumbling. They told me there was a dentist willing to see me. So I filled in the registration form again, which took me an hour. I waited desperately with my teeth degrading for over 3 months, and finally got the call to make an appointment. As they brought up my file, they told me that for some reason, the dentist wasn't going to see me. Perhaps due to my special needs, I wasn't told exactly why and they did acknowledge that they had told me a dentist would see me. I haven't seen the new dentists or know anything about them, so I was very shocked and simply said thank you on the phone and goodbye. I am now left looking for a new dentist, with teeth that could have been fixed while they were more intact by another dentist earlier on. I have friends who see this dentist and seem to be okay with them but say that the dentist who was there previously wasn't the best. I have difficulty making phone calls to new dentists. Hope other people are able to have a better experience because mine was terrible. In the past, they would pick up the phone occasionally and put it back down again so I was never able to make appointments.
