First time visit was amazing then asked to book for treatments which also was good as I am very nervous person when it comes to vising the dentist but I must say it a great experience I never laughed so much in the dentist before. lovey dentist and nurse also very welcoming both receptionists. I know the waiting time to get the first appointment took 6 months but it was worth it.

Says on the NHS website this practice is taking on new patients. No, they are filling a waiting list, what i put my name and my other family’s names down for was just a show of interest, turns out i should have been contacted. Now i have to go private, something i can ill afford.

  3. Review titled Misleading & are not accepting NHS patients

Rated 1 star out of 5

3 Oct 2023 - NHS website on 3 Oct 23 says they are accepting new NHS patients. I phoned, they said "yes we are accepting new patients". I asked, "how can I register and get an appointment?" - receptionist said "you have to come here to fill in a form" - and she refused to send it by email, she said it has to be done in person. I told her it is a one hour drive to get there, she said "it's your decision if you don't want an appointment". So I asked, if I come there to fill in the form, then when can I get an appointment?" She said "when we have the form, we will look at it". I asked, "so when would that be?" She said "I don't know". I asked, "So when are you booking new appoints for?" - She did not want to answer, so I kept asking the same question - and she finally answered "May" - as in May 2024. Don't waste your time with this practice. They are not accepting NHS patients (contrary to their status on the NHS website), and they will just put you on a waiting list, and you will have to wait 8+ months to be seen, if ever. What is the point in misleading patients, by saying they accept NHS patients on the NHS website?
