   My granddaughter (age 10 1/2) was referred by 111 as an emergency after a fall which broke a tooth : she was very frightened but the dentist (& assistant) were magnificent in putting her at ease and applying a temporary filling to the broken tooth: they also advised that 2 other teeth were cracked but might recover without fillings which was very reassuring. Very well done.
