I had a dental emergency and spent 2 days on the phone trying to get hold of this practice. I finally went there in person to see a sign on the door saying the practice was closed for training, and to ring their landline (which I had been doing) to get the emergency dentist number. The following day, when I finally got through, I was booked in for an appointment. I phoned up a few days later to see if there were any cancellations for an earlier appointment and was told I had been mistakenly booked in as a NHS patient and that I was no longer registered there. Terrible communication all round, I would not recommend.
