The dentist needs to work on his personal skills I was not asked if i had any problems or concerns he just looked in my mouth spoke 'dentistry' with his assistant and scraped a bit of tartar on my bottom teeth. There was absolutely no interaction with the patient.

The hygienist were both Excellent customer skills: good technical knowledge: tool their tone; made to feel very welcome; gave excellent t after care advice

My dentist was good - he’s very friendly and compassionate,however, the appointments were mixed up at my last visit and the open treatment was closed down . At that time I claimed UC so entitled to free treatment. I have been today opened a new course which I wasn’t aware of and now have to pay as my circumstances have changed . due to poor management of the diary and charting of the practice . I’m not happy about that as you can imagine.

My check up was quick and professional with no problems at all. My second visit to see the Hygienist for a clean and polish. Not as quick as to be expected but just as professional.

All staff very pleasant. On time appointment. Bogden, my dentist, explained clearly my treatment and my follow up I was to carry out at home. Very happy with the service.

Everything, the cleanliness of the surgery both the waiting area and the treatment room. The friendliness of all staff, reception, nurse and dentist. The time taken by my dentist to undertake a thorough review and explain my treatment plan in detail. I’m very impressed and pleased to be registered here as a patient.
