Had a crown fitted and in less than a year, it is off. Attended the practice with this, was seen by a new dentist who said the tooth has a crack, cleared any food bits in there, did not give me the opportunity to rinse my mouth before filling the hole. This has left a bad smell in my mouth and so I keep brushing my teeth after almost every meal. I asked if I had to pay for a new crown (which is quite expensive), the dentist was going to speak to the practice manager and get back to me in 3 days. It's now been 2 weeks and no call back. I have never been to that dentist practice and seen the same dentist more than twice. I have lost confidence in the practice unfortunately and they charge for consultation each time one attends the practice even if it is within a month or two of attendance. I feel I have been ripped off. I am going to look for a new dental practice to register with.

Took my 5 year old to this practice as he had severe teeth infection with swelling. They didn’t bother to see his teeth properly and have some antibiotic and told it will come down in 2 days. The swelling didn’t come down even after 5 days. Since they didn’t give appointment we consulted dentist online and they prescribed different antibiotic. We asked to prescribe that or similar kind of antibiotic to which dentist took this for ego and didn’t give that and asked he needs to be seen by community dentist as he is not cooperating . She said she will refer and even after following up daily she didn’t refer for 3 weeks. Because of their carelessness we flew out from UK to get immediate treatment . My son swelling got reduced in 1 day with the new antibiotic Overall in professional dentist, no care about patients especially cannot treat kids. Only thing they say to take pain killers or go call 111 Don’t go to this surgery at any cost
