   I called to book for teeth cleaning and the receptionist agreed and booked me over the phone. However on arrival, I was examined and sent to pay for band 1 treatment saying I was only booked for an examination and not for teeth cleaning. When I said that I had asked for a teeth cleaning appointment and that for rebooking I would be charged again, the dental assistant/ receptionist said that cleaning will be under band 2 price and I will have to pay £65.20 for it. Absolutely wasted my time and money because the receptionist doesn't know what she is doing and tried to convince me that I got the band wrong when it clearly comes under band 1 as if I didn't know.
