After much time.taken to find a dentist, I found this one. I was very very anxious on my first appointment day but my visit had been the best dentist i have visited in a long time. The dentist and assistant were amazing. They were both so very helpful, caring and they explained everything to me so clearly and was very helpful and I felt at great ease and relaxed. My Dentist took so much time with me as a nhs patient and cleaned all my teeth and did not mention anything about me having to see a hygienist which would of cost me more money so this was so much appreciated for the cost. Fantastic service thank you.

Hadn't been to the dentist for many years and was very nervous about going but I was put at ease straight away. It was done over 2 sessions and was over before I knew it. I really don't know what I had to worry about. Thank you for making it a good experience.

I have been an NHS patient at this site, Moat Road, for decades and can say with conviction that the current dentists and staff operating from this venue are the best in all those years. As an older patient with poor oral health (I did not know what a toothbrush was until I was 8 years old) I have received very many treatments and procedures during my time. Admittedly techniques, practices and medication have all moved on, but the quality of the dental care has also moved on, as exhibited by the current staff and dentists. Always kind, caring and professional, the dentist and staff make the experience as near a pleasure as it can be.

Appointment cancelled in June. Still waiting for letter. I attended in June and was told it was cancelled so had another appointment today, at 9am. Attended, told time changed to 11am. No phone call or letter.

6 month checkup on 20th July 2022. As much as going to the dentist can be described as "a pleasure" this visit was exactly that. Professional, efficient and friendly staff - the dentist the nurses and reception. As part of the checkup process the dentist also carried out a cleaning procedure which I had not expected. As usual, obvious that the patient's best interest is at the core of the service.

I broke a tooth and had a very sharp edge left!! phoned the practice and spoke to the very sympathetic receptionist who managed to get me into see a dentist within a few hours. Thanks to all for helping me out at a very stressful time.
