I am very happy with the service Mint Dental Care provides, even in these challenging times. They send me reminders and follow up on the recommendations from my dentist. They are also flexible with the appointment bookings. I would highly recommend this practice.

Overall great experience. Easy to book - plenty of appointments - reception were very helpful and flexible when I requested a change at short notice. Dentist was very well informed and thorough.

Made sure I was out of pain and directed with prescriptions to prevent tooth ache. The dentist spoke me through everything and made me feel comfortable.

This practice caters for all different clients and cultures. They take the time to understand you and your dental requests. Everything is done so professionally, the staff are very friendly, efficient, caring and very helpful with helping you complete forms, information sharing about your care plan and listening to your needs/concerns. The practice is the cleanest I have ever been to and the staff are all dressed in an appropriate uniform and are all professional in their roles.

This is a busy practice and sometimes you need to queue at the desk but the staff are all very gracious and the dentists and dental hygienists are obviously very up to date with their training and do a very good job.

I went in for a check up but knowing there were some serious issues. I was seen promptly. I felt complete confidence in the professionalism of my dentist as they worked round my mouth. All good.

I came for a checkup with my 20 month old boy and the dentist and assistant were fantastic. Engaging with him, keeping him happy, reassuring him, while giving me a really comfortable and efficient check up and explaining options clearly and in detail. Great initial experience, v glad I registered & my partner is going to register as well.

Service was good and informative. Only downside was the wait at reception. Appointment was booked for 4pm, I wasn’t seen until after 4.30pm.

Have been at this practice for years and although the personnel change fairly frequently, I find I am able to get an appointment fairly easily and receive good treatment from the staff.
