The Dentist was very patient with my son who had to have a baby tooth removed. She was understanding and did the procedure giving my son time to cope with each part of it. The staff on reception were fantastic trying to find an appointment that suited my work schedule. All staff were very friendly and I felt went above and beyond.

I was sat waiting for 30 minutes (fine if it was busy) I get called in and the new Dentist I had been moved to was quite rude that I was late / had not checked in (which I had - so this was not my fault) She then proceeded to rush my appointment. Was quite abrupt in the way she spoke to me for the rest of the appointment and not at all clear in explaining her findings / her thoughts on my teeth. In over 10+ years I have never had an issue at Millhouse but this has really put a negative opinion in my mind to the point I will be asking to move to a different dentist. Receptionist was great and very helpful though.

I’ve been seeing Oscar and dental nurse for many years. Always feel looked after would recommend this dentist to anyone in the area.

Excellent treatment by the staff Really disappointed with appointment that was cancelled in the middle of treatment by the practice and the extremely long wait for a rescheduled appointment

The dentist asked me which side the x ray had been taken. I don’t know because I’m not a dentist or in the medical profession. The dentist was confused with the x rays that they had taken. I have left feeling confused myself about what is going on and what work needs to be done

An urgent problem given same day appointment. The consultation and treatment could not be bettered. I have every confidence in this dental practice of which I have been a member for some years.

My whole experience was very gently but thoroughly executed. The concerns I had were listened to and noted to eliminate my worries. The end result was very pleasing and the follow up advice very useful.

I have never liked visiting a dentist practice as have a fear of drills etc. the hygienist made it a very relaxed and calm experience which helped me.

Both the dentist and hygienist were excellent but when I tried to book my next appointment I was told my dentist is now private!!’ So I can’t book my next appointment in as the NHS dentists are full! I’ve been with the practice for 15 years and go every 6 months . Very disappointed
