I had to wait 30 mins after my appointment to be seen. My appointment was then a seemingly rushed 5 mins.

The fact that I was a little late and it eas no big deal. It was discussed my opinions when my dentist no longer does NHS on 5 months.

Our dentist was so understandable we booked in for oral clean but they didn’t put that down so our dentist said she’ll do the oral clean for us! Really appreciated!

I have been an NHS patient at Millhouse Loudwater for nearly 19 years. I left in shock last week after being advised by the receptionist that my dentist is no longer providing NHS service and is going private. The charges have increased exponentially in the last year and there has been very little advice prior to treatment of pricing.

To start, a lovely receptionist that greeted you with a genuine hello and smile. My first time seeing a new dentist at Mill House, she was Amazing, like many I am a very nervous person attending the dentist. She made me feel so at ease and comfortable! Thank you!!!

Fantastic dentist- great treatment by a caring, very knowledgeable professional who was able to put you at ease and explain in detail what needed to be done and why.
