    From first walking in very welcoming smiles and polite and proficient staff my Dentist is very professional, assistants and Nurses also very good. The Best around and at 65 I've been to a few. Great service. Very grateful, David.

    I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. However, at a recent visit I asked where the toilets are to be told they don't have a toilet, I find this unacceptable, most places that offer medical treatment have access to toilets, surely it's not too much to ask.

    Thank you for your feedback and for acknowledging how friendly and helpful our staff are. We apologise that on the day you attended you were given the impression we do not have a toilet. Due to misuse of these facilities and the poor state they were being left in recently we have been more restrictive on their use. We do attempt to be as accommodating as possible, and when we have the staff availability and are able to check the facilities so we can ensure they are of an acceptable standard we do allow the patients to use them. Should in future you need to use these facilities please ask to speak to the manager if the staff are busy and they will be able to ensure you have access.

    I can't thank the staff enough for the treatment I've received. Being a nervous patient with a breathing issue i was dreading having any work carried out, I needn't have worried. Nothing was too much trouble and i was put at ease from my first visit. Excellent work carried out and I can now smile again. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

    Went for check up told running 10 /15 mins late… still sat there 30 minutes later & it’s always the same. Staff sat around the desk chatting and are rude. Need to find a new Dentist soon

    I have just completed having a broken tooth capped. This was a long process involving three visits. The Dentist and the nurses were very patient and understanding. Great care was taken to ensure that I was comfortable. The end result is excellent, the cap is a perfect fit.
