29Feb had to see both hygienist and dentist. I came away feeling as if I had been treated to a very full service, which is exactly as it should be, but just felt a bit special. Hygienist cleaned at least twice (or so it felt), dentist recommended some redial work which previously had needed attention but no one had picked up on. Glad I went in and saw these lovely/professional people.

I am a nervous patient but the dentist talks and welcomes and puts me a little more at ease. Very quick and professional treatment.

When I arrived for my appointment there was an additional person sat in the corner of the room watching, at no point was it explained to me who they were or why they were there, this made me feel uncomfortable. The appointment itself felt rushed, almost as if me being there was an inconvenience.

I lost a filling and was lucky enough to get an appointment the next day. As always my dentist was friendly and reassuring and able to offer advice for a different teeth issue.

I have no dentist so had to get emergency appointment, dentist was very patient as I have a phobia, I stayed in chair to have a filling which was good for me,thank you very much.
