I was referred for an extraction from my own dentist. Very nervous but specialist dentist was so calm and informative that I felt reassured about the procedure. The most painful part was the injections. I did not realise that the tooth had been extracted. I was amazed and very relieved. The dental assistant was also very friendly and reassuring too. Thank you so much

I wasn't in since Covid hit, later I wasn't booking any check ups as they surely had a long list of patients that actually needed help. Well, it turned out they have removed me from NHS list on their side of which I wasn't made aware that it may happen at any point! And of course they can't take me back in, if they boot people out the list, they should have a waiting list of people who want to sign with them!

Would have rated 5⭐ once upon a time. I suffer gum disease. Always attended my appointments. Had treatment at Sheffield Clifford hospital. Last appointment cancelled and rescheduled for April 2020. COVID struck so they cancelled my appointment until further notice. Haven't heard anything since. Called in today to try make an appointment and told that I'm no longer registered with them. That they aren't taking on NHS patients.....only private patients. I am now left with a deteriating condition and unable to get the support and regular dental cleaning that i need to keep it under control.

Booked for check up at beginning of January couldn't get in until 25th April Arrived to be told appointment had been cancelled said they had sent letter I received no letter or text. After much discussion they finally got a dentist to see me after nearly an hour wait . Would not recommend

As an extremely nervous patient I was treat very ķindly .talked through all that was happening. A painless procedure at the end very happy.

When I telephoned to make an appointment for myself and my husband the receptionist that I spoke to was very helpful and made the appointment time to suit us. The dentist who I usually see has left the practice so I asked the receptionist to make my appointment with a dentist who is understanding with nervous patients and she assured me that the new dentist would be very understanding. She was right and from start to finish I was treated very respectfully and with great care. I was asked if I was agreeable to the treatment and given a choice. The dentist went to great lengths to put me at my ease and I now feel that after the first appointment/meeting that I would trust the dentist do any work that may be required in the future which is a great relief. The dental nurse who assisted him was very pleasant too. My husband had an appointment after me and felt the same way. The two receptionist on duty were really nice and friendly on the day that we had our appointments and had telephoned and texted the day before to remind me of my appointment. I would recommend this dentist and this practice because everyone that I have dealt with has been so nice and helpful

Had a wisdom tooth out that was impacted and felt in good hands. They chatted to me, made me feel at ease and dealt with everything swiftly and efficiently. This is my second wisdom tooth out here and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Appointment was rescheduled 30 mins at last minute by then, next day they was an hour behind but never let me know beforehand that there was a delay. Managed to get in a day after, waited an hour still not seem to. Had to leave due to work/ parking. Then went to reschedule and have to wait over a month to be seen again.

I've been coming to this dentist for years. At first it was because it was the only dentist in Mansfield that would take on adult NHS patients and I used to dread coming. However since COVID, it has come on leaps and bounds and now I'd definitely recommend to anyone
