My dentist is superb,kind and so good. Just had to have some root canal work and it didn't hurt at all. Thank you so much-It was brilliant

Had a loose filling for over 6 months never had time to get it fixed or was poorly, get in there have the filling removed ,new filling didn't last the day ,, went in and new filling lasted all of 2 hours , seem to want to sell me a crown as a first priority, not impressed

We have been visiting this practice for a while now. We are very comfortable here. Receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. Our dentist is helpful and instantly makes you feel relaxed. Lots of information given, also her her team.

I have been a patient at this practice for many years. The dentists, hygienists and staff are all friendly and efficient and really give one confidence. Waiting times are minimal and the treatment, both from the dentist and hygienist is first class. My most recent appointment was the first of two to have a crown fitted. This is the first time I have needed a crown. I was a little apprehensive but while the appointment was a long one there was no pain or even discomfort.

Appointment was for a 6 monthly checkup. Was seen on time by friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend

I have been going to this practice for about nineteen years and during that time I have received excellent service and have never felt pressured to have treatment I can't afford or don't want. When I fell over on the way to my last visit I was treated with kindness and sensitivity, both the dentist and the dental nurse have always been helpful and and went to great lengths to see that I was all right before I left. Thank you very much.

I arrived well before my appointment and had difficulty parking. At reception I was greeted quickly and efficiently and directed to a seat. It was quiet at that time but within a few minutes there was large number of people requesting appointments or paying for dental treatment. I was impressed how quickly the receptionist delt with the influx of people. My dentist saw me at about 15 mins later than my appointment and went through my details very clearly and efficiently on a tablet. He explain what was going to occur, and I discussed my medical condition that may need antibiotics if the procedure was invasive (recent aortic valve implementation). He assured me he was fully aware and it should not need antibiotics at this stage. He carried out the filling of a back molar quickly and his nurse was very good. He was aware that I preferred not to have a local anaesthetic. When complete he explained that I should not eat for 3 hours. Altogether a very good experience.

We have been using this practice as a family for the past 5 years and also a number of year previous too. We always find the staff very friendly and accommodating. The dental nurse we see has been great with our child and has also been great with us. Today I had a filling and felt at ease throughout my appointment. I was told about each different step of filling and throughout the appointment the staff in the room were very pleasant.
