Fantastic treatment. Really helpful team of receptionists. Always try to help accommodate you with appointments. The dentists are professional yet friendly. I would highly recommend this dental practice

All the staff at this dentist are brilliant. All very helpful. The dentist puts you at ease. And tells you everything he's doing. Would definitely recommend this dentist.

Today we turned up 10 mins before our appointment then sat in the waiting room for 90 mins as the dentist was “running late” with a patient who had been in there for over an hour. My son finally got seen by another dentist after I had asked the receptionist. Said dentist was very abrupt to the point of rudeness and upset my 12 year old over his oral hygiene (he brushes but obviously not good enough). I agree he should have been told to do better but he made him cry with his attitude. No bedside manner at all. So not only was I late getting back to work but I had an upset child. Not the best visit for a checkup.

Check up less than 5 minutes. Wait time to be seen 30 mins Not seen hygienist since before lockdown dentist said not required - fair enough but I thought that was part of the basic charge level, but may be mistaken. Have to pay separately here.

Each time I have needed to see the dentist be it for a regular or an urgent appointment I have always been seen. They are courteous friendly and professional. Would highly recommend them

Every practice especially post covid is under a lot of strain to see patients and see them quickly. Every appointment I have (I am so accident prone so always breaking teeth etc) I never feel rushed by my dentist. All of the staff are so lovely including the dental nurses and girls on reception, and always try their best to give me an emergency appointment if I need one. The practice has a couple of new dentists (one of them I see regularly) and I can't describe how much better they are. I had a huge amount of dental anxiety caused by 2 separate dentists I saw at this practice years ago. I have next to no anxiety now and it's due to seeing a new dentist. Waiting times are bad across the entire NHS but this practice really do their best to accommodate their patients and I feel like that's all you can ask for

My recent visit for a routine check up coincided with an unexpected issue with a tooth inlay that had become detached after a considerable ellapse of time since the original dental work had been completed. The practice responded to my reqeuest for a check up appointment very quickly and were very accommodating in re-instating the tooth inlay at short notice. All staff were cheerful and polite throughout my visit and their positive reponse to my unexpected dilema was most helpful.

Dentist has an absolutely lovely bedside manner about him. Very professional and made you feel so calm during a tooth extraction. Explained procedure throughout. Most definitely a credit to your service.

Myself and my daughters have been at this practice for years. The receptionists are always very friendly and professional both in person and via telephone. The dentists are very also very friendly and we have never had a negative experience here.
