My wife and I have been today for our check up and a minor repair. We have been seeing the same dentist for about 5 years now and he’s a really nice guy, and has always provided top class treatment. Request for urgent appointments have been dealt with quickly, even during Covid. Excellent.

Called to make an appointment. Receptionist said I had been struck off as not been for more than a year. It did not matter I had been away shielding elderly parent due to covid 19. No Denplan or such offered. The receptionist tone of voice quite rude and pointed to a board if I wanted details on costs. As I am a pensioner I thought she could have been more helpful. I left.

I was a patient here for 10 years the dentist I saw was good but the way I was spoken to by the receptionist and what was said was shocking and so unprofessional I never went back and asked to be removed as patient and surgery was not very good when I told them I was not happy showing patient of 10 years means nothing and ok to be spoken to like something you step in and have taken this matter further with NHS England
