Date-20/03/24 i have had a bridge fitted with this service, it was painless well executed. The dentist was very polite and friendly. Very happy with the out come of this procedure and will ho back if i need any more procedures doing. I have been at this service for nearly 26 years. Every experience has been pleasant with all the staff. Very hygienic and clean, very friendly atmosphere, the dentists always make sure you are relaxed and at ease before procedures ensuring that you have the most comfortable experience as possible. I would highly recommend them for any of your dental needs.

My first appointment was cancelled by text I saw the message after arriving at the surgery. Second appointment greeted with 45 minutes delay I asked how many patients before and was replied with its not the dentist fault in a surgery full of patients. I didn’t even say it was very poor ineffective communication. The surgery has definitely declined and I have been coming here for 30 years. Confidentiality is awful you can hearevery conversation from patients who have rang up or been telephoned

I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Whenever me or my family needed treatment urgent or not they have always find a way of arranging an appointment. The ladies on reception are very professional, helpful and friendly. I keep recommending the practice to friends and family. Thanks for the great work!

My dentist was kind and caring, gave a lot of reassurance and explained all my treatment. The staff are pleasant and today 25 th October I completed my treatment which was a huge relief and the second part was fine.

I recently joined the practise. Had 2 visits so far including major treatment. Found the staff to be lovely, very polite and professional. The dentist who provided me treatment was professional, caring, polite and extremely on point with the advice. The treatment was major but it was made easy due to the nature of the staff and their experience. I highly recommend the practise. Give it a go !

Friendly staff, professional in every way. I thought of giving them a go as my dentist isnt great, so glad i did...what a decent job they did.

On attendance welcomed by polite informative staff. The practice as always clean. My appointment was on time requiring a check, scale and polish and preparatory work for a crown replacement.I have been attending this practice for approximately 30 years and the high standards of dental treatment as continued throughout. All the staff put their patients first.

I have been going to the practice for many years and have always received first class dental treatment and customer care. All staff are very friendly, professional and efficient. I certainly would not go anywhere else and I live about 10 miles away. In the 70+ years I have lived I have been to several dentists but none have been as caring and professional and good as this practice. I worked in Health and Social Care for about 40 years so I am fully aware of what good professional practice and customer care should be. Jim M. Mawdsley.

I have been a patient with this practice for 25 years and so happy with the treatments and staff Dentists and nurses there. Very professional and friendly and always very accommodating. My dentist makes me feel at ease and her professionalism is at a very high level. I don’t remember ever to be turned away in an emergency - there is always a solution and a Dentist that I can see. I can’t thank them enough for the hard work, attention and care they provide.
