   When visiting all felt normal, got into the chair and everything was explained in detail but by the end felt more like pressure to get the more expensive options rather than not, felt like a push for extensive amounts of money. That being said the dentist and nurse in the room was very kind and helpful, the issues was not until I got back into the waiting room, where I was met with the receptionist who took my money for the treatment done, and then told me she would print out the treatment plan. All was fine I waited for that and once printed she read through and in a shocked loud voice went "oh! You need alot of fillings and you need to see the hyginest" while laughing. Which 1. Is extremely unprofessional to laugh at something like that. 2. To discuss and speak loudly about what needed doing while other patients was in the room, making me feel extremely uncomfortable, once she had printed it out and laughed at me she then told me she would just email it to me as it would be easier for her. I left feeling extremely embarrassed and upset. I certainly won't be going back. Very sad considering it was a lovely dentist back in the day. Would not recommend this dentist to anyone whose nervous or embarrassed easily.
