    They gave me a filling and it hurt for months after. I booked another appointment and when I told them that the filling had done more harm than good, the dentist said to put sensodine on it. On another occasion a check up lasted 4 mins. Most of the 4 mins was booking me an appointment to see an hygienist. My teeth were not examined, yet I was charged for a check up. I missed by hygienist appointment because my little boy was in hospital poorly. They told me that if I wanted to see the hygienist again that I’d have to book another check up and pay for that first. I booked another check up and got stuck in traffic. I arrived 8 minutes late for the receptionist to tell me that after 7 minutes they class it as a no show. If I had literally walked through the door 10 seconds earlier then I would have been allowed to see the dentist. I’m not sure if the 7 minutes rule was just for me or for everyone because I have been to appointments before and have been made to wait longer than 7 minutes in the waiting room. The receptionists have zero customer service skills and are constantly threatening to strike you off their register. Remove me Lotus! You’ll be doing me a massive favour!
