This dentist is terrible give my son a appointment then when I get to the appointment they say he didn’t have one witch I no he did why would we go there for nothing and now because he missed just one appointment they now saying he’s not aloud to go anymore I think this is degrading I’ve read the terms and it’s saying if u miss more then one appointment has all this was there wrong in the first place by getting his appointment wrong this is terrible service my son really needs his teeth doing no wonder no one don’t get no help in this horrible world we live in

The dentists are great - it's the reception staff I have issues with. I've had to do a 43 mile round trip for an appointment and they hadn't thought to let me know the parts they'd ordered hadn't arrived yet. Not even a hint of an apology. Today they say they want 48 hours notice to change appointments and I spent all day trying to get someone to pick up my call. Yesterday was a bank holiday therefore it wasn't possible. Finally, the girl who seems the most junior couldn't book me in for an appointment, didn't know how to run the system when the older lady walked off. Zero customer service skills between them. We'd go elsewhere but having called 15 other more local, no one has spaces for new patients.

We came here after our lovely dentist left our old surgery who have been unable to find a replacement. The whole team have been great and we feel very lucky to have this gem of a practice so close to home. I was particularly impressed with how the receptionist and the dentist both dealt with my slightly wild toddlers, one of whom was very scared about the visit but was put completely at ease.

Great practice never have a problem with getting appointments whenever I go they are very nice I have no Issues also my kids like going there very friendly and make them very relaxed
