I went for a routine check up, this is also the first check up I had after having a baby which I know is important. Long story short I was told my teeth had no holes and that’s it. No standard clean, nothing. Just an x-ray. Usually you always get a small clean, scrapping or so. But these new dentist at the practice are doing the bare minimum.

No complaint about services from dentist and hygienist. Excellent and professional. Highly recommended. Practice management was unfriendly and unprofessional. They need to review their approach and attitude. Issue faced: was overcharged (charged twice for same service). A mistake can happen but... on top, I was expected to address their mistake! They made no effort to check their system or with their bank; they asked me to call back at a later stage when sure about it (even though I told them my bank confirmed the double transaction) and finally, I was asked to prove it when I called back by sending a picture of my statement! Summary: I had to spend time and efforts to address their mistake. No apology offered.

The service I recieved today was outstanding. As a nervous patient, I was put at ease and I totally recommend the practice for anyone needing dental treatment. Also the reception staff were so nice and helpful and so welcoming. Jane Doherty

I have been with the practice for a number of years. Efficient staff and dentists are very caring and gentle as nervous patient. The hygienist is also excellent too. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending this practice. My sons also attend the practice.
