I contacted Knightsfield Dental Practice as I was in need of emergency treatment, the staff at the practice were extremely helpful fitting me in. My treatment took best part of 1 hour but I was never given the feeling of putting anyone out of their way. The dentist spent time explaining my options and was very gentle during treatment. I have been using this practice since 1972 and I shall return for my general check up next week, which I confess is overdue, as I need to spend much of my time out of the area. Thank you to all staff. I would like to the use name of individual Dentist but I believe that will mean my review will not be posted.

I had a replacement filling which was expertly carried out by the dentist and nurse. Extremely pleased with all aspects of the practice.

I attended the hygienist today and was very impressed with the quality of care I received. The hygienist was attentive and often asked me if I was okay throughout the treatment. She also did a useful demo of how to improve my brushing. One thing that particularly impressed me was that when she had a concern about a particular tooth, she arranged for the dentist in the practice to cast their eyes over it to be safe. She could have easily just told me to make another appointment who knows when and sent me on her way, but she didn't. Honestly the best dental/hygienist appointment I have ever experienced.

I had a double replacement filing work which was completely painless and carried out with a lot of care and attention. My dentist and dental nurse worked well together and the environment and and the equipment are first class. I felt very relaxed throughout the long procedure. Very pleased with appointment and the procedure. No need to be scared of the dentist these days!! Thank you.

As a nervous patient I was not looking forward to my filling treatment. However, I was impressed by my dentist and his assistant, who were very caring and checked throughout that I was ok. I left feeling relaxed and happy with the experience. understanding

I had to have some dental treatment that i was really not looking forward to. I was made to feel at ease and the staff were caring and professional.

My child used to go here, they needed braces but Dentist kept putting it off but finally got them to put my child forward. But after a year waiting and now up to 2 years to get braces. If he's done it when we asked my child would been sorted by now. Found another dentist now as the overcrowding was causing pain for them.

We have been patients here for nearly 15 years always friendly and always helpful nothing is too much trouble? Always try to fit you in whether an emergency or not. Very professional and always listen to you as the patient before advising on how to proceed.
