    I came in for my routine check-up with my family and it was really good. My dentist explains everything clearly and takes his time.

    I visited the dentist for my routine check-up and it was very good. The receptionist is welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

    The receptionist that works for this clinic is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I had two appointments and both times I had a horrific experience with reception; that is unorganised, does not know how to speak to customers in a respectful manner and is ultimately all over the place. Would never recommend to anyone to attend this clinic if they want to be treated as a human being.

    I called today to make an appointment for a checkup. I was then subjected to a degrading lecture for not attending for the past couple of years. I proceeded to explain that the country has been in a pandemic and experienced several lockdowns but this was to no avail. She continued to belittle me, tut tutting and insisted that I agreed to the rules and regulations of the practice before she would book me an appointment if not I could go and find another practice. Needless to say I hung up and will never ever go back

    Dear patient, Thank you for your feedback, I the manager have looked into this issue and apologise that you felt that way We try to accommodate for all Our patients but as you have not been for few years and as a small practice we could not offer an urgent immediate appointment and as you couldn’t wait On the other hand we have zero tolerance on rude behaviour even if over the phone You decide to hang up H And go to anther practice We wish you the best of luck
