Professional service delivered in excellent Dental Practice, no complaints. I went for a check up and had two teeth repaired whilst there without fuss, no return at a later date, done at the time of checkup so the whole process was easy. I would recommend this service to all prospective patients.

I only waited 2 minutes before I was seen by the very nice dentist who was professional and had a lovely kind way and was really polite. The dentist nurse and receptionist were also very polite and kind. The practice was clean and I noticed the dentist chair had just been wiped down which I was happy about, very happy with my visit.

My first visit today and I was really pleased with it.Nice dentist makes you feel relaxed,nurse also very nice.Infact all the staff were helpful.Would definitely recommend.

Had an emergency appointment to have a tooth out and Iwas terrified ,no need ,INever felt a thing and both the dentist and assistant made me feel so relaxed .The reception were also fantastic,checking me in so quick,Thanks to all at King St surgery

When requesting further appointments at the end of my treatment was spoken to extremely rudely by one of the receptionists. When I mentioned that there really was no need to speak in that rude manner her reply was and I quote" im too busy to be polite"...I still cannot believe her attitude. Utterly appaling..perhaps she would be better working else where. !!! Cannot fault the rest of the staff, dentists and hygenists that work in this practice.

I've just been seen in less than 1 minute. Went as I had an ulcer (which has healed since waiting 5 days for appointment). Dentist just said to use corsodyl mouthwash next time and didn't even check anything else. £25.80 for 60 seconds. Rip off

I came here after having all my teeth removed I couldn't afford private they were extremely helpful and sorted me out everyone was polite helpful and very understanding I just want to say ty to all the staff and practitioners

This practice has deteriorated so much in the last few years. After waiting for half an hour (which I didn’t mind) I was in & out and allegedly had had a scale & polish in less than 5 minutes. Not a bad income £25:80 for 5 minutes.

Appalling service. Recently got a letter to say that they were going to charge us for unfinished procedure booked with NHS. Let me put this into context. We booked an appointment, the practice cancelled this appointment and then have the cheek to try and charge for the dentist cancelling. I rang to talk to someone at 1220 but they had already gone for lunch (according to answerphone) yet opening hours even in the answerphone say 1230. When they publish how many people have missed appointments I wonder if they could also publish how many they cancelled and also how many times people are unable to get through during published opening hours to speak to someone.

Having had a very tricky filling done on a front incisor, also an extraction of a severed crown root, I was very pleased with the service received and treatment/aftercare offered. My dentist was very polite, pleasant and put me at ease. She explained everything that was happening as it went along. Excellent all round, I cannot rate highly enough. A huge thank you King Street, keep up the good work.
