They sent me a text message as a registered NHS patient to come in for a check up, I called and booked, went to my appointment. After I had gotten there the dentist told me I couldn't be treated as an NHS patient anymore and said they would only give me my check up if I paid for it to be private. Disgusting service, can't believe they try to trick their customers like that. I had to leave because I can't afford private dentistry and now I'm left without a dentist and with horrible toothache.
